2. Our Core Zero Data Retention (ZDR) Pledge

Critical AI Infrastructure Commitment: We do not log, persist, or store your customer input prompts, model responses, or inference vector embeddings on non-volatile disks. Furthermore, CloudPilot AI NEVER uses your private customer data or inference traffic to train, retrain, or fine-tune public machine learning models.

3. Information We Collect

We collect limited categories of operational information strictly necessary to provide the platform:

Account & Contact Data: Name, work email address, company affiliation, and billing credentials when you create an account or submit an inquiry.
Telemetry & Usage Metrics: Aggregate API token counts, latency timestamps, GPU node memory status, and error logs for autonomous SRE cluster health.
Network Data: IP addresses and user-agent strings for anti-abuse and rate limiting.

4. Data Processing & Security

We implement comprehensive technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including end-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption, AES-256 storage for credentials, strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and automated ephemeral memory purging.
