Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 18, 2026 • Master Services Agreement
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the CloudPilot AI platform, API endpoints, SDKs, and associated developer documentation at cloudpilotai.org (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.
2. Customer Data Ownership & IP
You retain exclusive ownership of all right, title, and interest in and to your input prompts, fine-tuning data, and generated completion outputs ("Customer Content"). CloudPilot AI acquires no ownership rights over Customer Content.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Reliability
CloudPilot AI guarantees a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99.99% for our enterprise API proxy, cluster orchestrator, and edge vector caching layers. In the event of a verified failure to meet this SLA, customer accounts are eligible for service credits as outlined in our Enterprise Master Services Agreement.
4. Cloud Credit Compatibility (AWS Activate)
When utilizing Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) infrastructure or Amazon Bedrock / EC2 cluster connectors, compute resource charges may be billed directly to your cloud provider account, allowing direct utilization and offset of AWS Activate, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure promotional startup credits.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to generate malicious software, initiate denial-of-service attacks, conduct illegal surveillance, or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
