Zero Data Retention (ZDR)
Customer payloads are processed exclusively in volatile memory enclaves. Once an answer is synthesized and streamed, RAM pages are cryptographically zeroed out.
End-to-End Encryption
TLS 1.3 in transit with AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. Optional Customer Managed Encryption Keys (CMEK) backed by AWS KMS or Google Cloud KMS.
SOC 2 Type II & HIPAA
Audited annually by independent third-party assessors. Comprehensive audit logging, role-based access control (RBAC), and HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (BAA).
Workspace Tenant Isolation
Every project, vector index, and cluster binding is strictly isolated by cryptographic workspace boundaries. Cross-tenant leakage is mathematically impossible.
